My husband has recently had back surgery? Can we get disability for his time off from work? - back surgery

He had back surgery and will be absent from work for a total of 6 weeks. Can you somehow get your reward? How can we do? Thank you in advance.

If your injury is related work, then you can use your model employer of workers. If, however, is no coincidence, then, unfortunately, not be able to collect anything.

Check your insurance policy may have some coverage for this type of situation.

In order to qualify for Social Security disability or SSI Social Security unemployed for at least a year.

Good luck and I hope it will be even better.

It depends on where you live.

In the United States six weeks after an obstruction of the policy of his company or his personal politics of disability (within the bought and paid for). You can not by social security, disability insurance benefits, if you are disabled and from work for more than 6 months. Sorry.

Other countries, I have no idea.
