I am an early riser and morning exerciser. How long after waking should I wait before beginning to exercise? - early riser selfish
I woke up at 5 clock in the morning jog. Warm, some routes before execution. I walk for 10 minutes, then scroll. After a few routes to run. So far, I'm healthy and have no cramps. this works for me.

I agree with the first announcement, the army about the same (30 seconds or less)
In fact, I'm using, so it is difficult for me, and after 6 long term .....
It depends on what you eat for breakfast. never be exercised with a completely empty stomach, first thing in the morning is very catabolic.
