I am applying for a job in IT to the Supreme Court in administrative offices. I had my first interview and I have created my second interview. I have a misdemeanor theft on my record, which has been rejected. If the impact on my chances of this job?

In its initial application, it was an issue prior to this activity?

Sounds like a great job - good luck ....
It runs in the background check, if you are selected for the final phase. Although it was considered the winner. Be honest. You know. It is for the HR department to decide, you can not do anything.
In my opinion, should, because it has been rejected is not ordered. If they see that you can ask. Be honest.
