Ideally, coconut oil is very expensive, about $ 10 per room. 2 oz of oil and 3 / 4 cups of popcorn. Most theaters use of corn oil today.
Put three or four seeds into the pot and turn it on. When did the add in the rest of the wheat.
You get what you pay for popcorn. Red Orvell. is the best ...
POPCORN MOVIE
3 tablespoons coconut oil (see note)
Popcorn 1 / 2 cup white or yellow
3 tablespoons clarified butter (see note)
1 teaspoon salt powder (see note)
Instructions:
In a heavy pot or pan, popcorn, melt coconut oil over low heat. Add the popcorn kernels and spread evenly on the bottom of the pan.
Cover pan, so that the lid slightly open, and raise heat to medium term. They react to shaking pan, until they stop blowing grains of 3 to 4 minutes.
Remove the lid and let the popcorn stand for 1 minute.
In the meantime, melt butter in the microwave. This should be a few seconds.
Transfer popcorn in a large bowl. Butter spray on them, then sprinkle with salt. Use two large spoons, gently pull on the popcorn to coat with butter and salt. Serve immediately.
Note barrel oil coconut is found in natural food stores.
Butter is what Indian cuisine is so well known ghee. Make at homegently melting butter until they are regularly separated, pure butter, then rub the upper part of the contents (water, making popcorn is wet, which we avoid to want to sink to the bottom). Or search ghee in food stores and ethnic minorities. Make salt powder in saline by holding a mixer, coffee grinder or mortar.
To do any oil, but you must then place butter-flavored oil. Nobody is the butter does not taste bad things. I think that oil as a popcorn-flavored butter or oil is sold.
